ASA, a Delta carrier was repositioning as an independent business and carrier for United as well. Senior management’s goal was to reflect the step toward the independent vision by moving from Delta’s ASA branding, and state the brand name in full: Atlantic Southeast Airlines. The new logo, web presence, tag line, and design system would create the platform for becoming the world’s first “super regional airline.”
